Filling machines are widely used in the filling and filling of soda, beer and juice drinks in the food industry. The rotary filling machine generally adopts a continuous pouring form, that is, the packaging container automatically performs the pouring operation during the operation, so the working efficiency can be designed very high. The linear filling machine is generally an intermittent action type. When the packaging container runs to the filling part, there is a stop motion, waiting for the filling, the efficiency is lower than that of the rotating model, but the filling is stable, it is not easy to overflow, and the packaging quality is easy. Guaranteed, and compared to the rotating model, its structure is relatively simple, suitable for filling and sealing of beer and other carbonated beverages.
The main component of a rotary filling machine is the filling mechanism, also known as a filling valve or filling head. Depending on the material, the filling form is different, so the design of the corresponding filling mechanism is also varied. According to the filling form, the filling machine can be divided into normal pressure filling, isostatic filling, vacuum filling, pressure filling and other models. The fundamental difference is that the design of the feeding device and the filling mechanism are different, so that the filling forms are different. Rotary filling machines are generally designed with multiple filling heads to increase productivity. The number of filling heads is as low as 6 and as many as 60 or more. As the number of filling heads increases, the filling capacity continues to increase, and some models have a productivity of more than 30,000 bottles/h.
